What We Offer:
- Minimum of $180,000 base salary, with flexible options for salary only vs. prosal models
- 23%-25% true production with limited exclusions, and no negative accrual

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of small animals.
- Work alongside a skilled team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to diagnose and treat urgent medical conditions.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory.
- Perform emergency surgical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to provide clear treatment plans and compassionate care guidance.
