RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and administrative staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Adult Emergency Department.
Develop and sustain an environment that supports excellence in clinical practice, patient safety, and professional growth.
Oversee operational, budgetary, and personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, and resource allocation.
Implement nursing policies and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Participate in quality initiatives, utilizing data analysis and outcome measures to drive performance improvement.
Mentor and develop nursing staff, supporting professional development and engagement in research programs.
Foster strong relationships with hospital leadership and external partners to promote optimal care for patients and the community.
Utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient documentation and streamlined patient care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
EDUCATION:
BS: Nursing (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE:$95,000.00 - $140,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience,clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
